Former Indian Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Mani Shankar Aiyar spoke at the Fourth Global Convention of Solidarity with Palestine on March 13, where he praised India-Palestine solidarity and called: "Long live the Intifada! Long live the resistance! The martyrs are immortal!"
Mani Shankar Aiyar: "As Palestine belongs to the Palestinians and not to the Zionists, all Palestinians have the inalienable right to return to their homeland, their motherland, to the blessed land of Palestine, including Al-Quds [Jerusalem], the heart of Palestine.
