A video posted on the Internet shows Syrian rebels digging a tunnel, rigged with "350 tons" of explosives, in Mount Arbaeen in Syria. A Syrian rebel says in the video, posted on May 12, 2015, that he had received a video with instructions on tunnel construction from Gaza.
Following are excerpts:
Reporter: Dear viewers, we are at the entrance to a tunnel, dug by the Islamic "Ahrar Al-Sham" movement at Mount Arbaeen. They have been working on this tunnel for months now. It will be used to target the fortifications of the regime forces at Mount Arbaeen.

We are going down into this tunnel, in order to get a closer look at what the rebels are doing in Mount Arbaeen.
Syrian fighter: In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate. This tunnel is 700 meters long. We started working on it at the beginning of last Ramadhan.

Reporter: This is one of the places where the rebels are stashing explosives, which are being prepared to target the regime forces, located right above where we are.
Right above us there are concentrations of regime forces, and they do not have a clue what is going on beneath them.

Syrian fighter: We asked for the advice of our brothers in Gaza. They told us that they have been using wooden planks. They even sent me a video, and we did it exactly the way they do it.

This is the end of the tunnel. This is ready. It is rigged with explosives. It is ready to be detonated. Starting here, there are about 50 meters of explosives. That is about 25 tons of explosives. It is all hand-made. We used top-notch materials... TNT, C-4.... Allah willing, you will witness an earthquake tomorrow.
