Hamas MP Marwan Abu Ras: The Zionists Send Girls to Sleep with Arabs and Give Them AIDS

Hamas MP Marwan Abu Ras said in a June 28 Friday sermon at the 'Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam Mosque in Gaza that was uploaded to the Internet that Muslims must avoid the "filthy and impure" company of Jews and Christians and that they must not take Jews and Christians as allies. Referring to a picture of an Israeli holding up his Israeli passport in Bahrain in front of the offices of the Bahraini Society against Normalization with the Zionist Enemy, Abu Ras said that it was as if the "criminal Zionists" were mocking the Bahrainis by saying: "Die with your rage... We are on your turf [and we] sit in your homes [and] eat your food, [and] we send our girls so your boys will sleep with them and contract AIDS." Referring to a subsequent picture of men mopping the floor where the picture of the Israeli had been taken, Abu Ras praised the "heroic" Bahrainis who "sterilized the gates" of the building.

Marwan Abu Ras: "[The Quran says:] 'Do no take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are allies of one another.' Stay away from them. They are allies of one another. You must not become their allies. They are allies of one another. The Jews are allies with Jews and the Christians are allies with Christians. In addition, Christians are allies of Jews, and Jews are allies of Christians. Stay away from them. You have nothing to do with them. Avoid their filthy and impure company. Ties with them will lead you to the abyss and to annihilation. What does 'annihilation' mean? 'And whoever among you takes them as allies is one of them.' Whoever allies himself with the Jews becomes a Jew, oh servants of Allah, and whoever allies himself with the Christians becomes a Christian. This is a serious matter!

"These criminal Zionists came to the gate of [the Bahraini Society against Normalization with the Zionist Enemy] and took pictures and sent audio messages to the Zionist media and TV here. It is as if they were saying: 'Die with your rage, oh you who oppose normalization [of ties with Israel]. We are on your turf, standing across from your organization. Our media outlets are here. We interview your ministers, sit in your homes, eat your food, drink your wine out of your cups, and send our girls to you so your boys will sleep with them and contract AIDS from them.' This is what is happening, just like it happened in Jordan and elsewhere."
