On August 16, 2024, Hizbullah shared a video of its 'Imad 4' military facility named for top Hizbullah military commander Imad Mughniyeh who was assassinated in 2008. The military facility appears to be excavated under a rocky terrain and it is wide enough for large trucks to drive through its tunnel system. The video also showcases rocket and missile launchers. The video is accompanied with audio of Hizbullah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah threatening to target Israel, with subtitles in Hebrew and in English.
Onscreen text: "Indeed, we have given you an obvious victory [Quran 48:1]"
Nasrallah: "The resistance in Lebanon today in its possession of weapons, and equipment, and capabilities, and members, and cadres, and ability, and expertise, and experience, and also of faith, and determination, and courage, and will is stronger than at any time since its launch in the region.
"These targets are in our possession and its coordinates are in our hands and these missiles are placed, deployed, and focused on targets, and in perfect secrecy the resistance now possesses precision and non-precision missiles, along with weapons capabilities, so that if Israel imposes a war on Lebanon, Israel will face a destiny and reality it didn't expect. Any day, war with us extends across all of Palestine from the Lebanese border to the Jordanian border to the Red Sea from Kiryat Shmona to Eilat."
Onscreen text: "Prepare for them whatever force you can [Quran 8:60]; Watch out for the day the sky brings forth smoke for all to see [Quran 44:10]"
