Iranian State TV Reports From International Quds Day Rally In New York City

On April 19, 2023, IRINN, an Iranian news channel belonging to the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting corporation, aired a report about an International Quds Day rally held in New York City on April 15. The channel's reporter interviewed rally-goers and reported from the crowd. He said that the chants of "free Palestine" at the rally are a "shout for freedom of Palestine and the condemnation of the Zionist regime's crimes." The report included an interview with an "anti-Zionist" Jew and a man holding a large Iranian flag.

Protester 3: "All of Israel's atrocities take place with the support of imperialism."

Protester 4: "We have the Iran flag because Iran is the leader of the fight against Israel and the main supporter of the Palestinians."
