Following are excerpts from an address delivered by Rabi' Khandaqji, governor of Qalqilya in the West Bank, which aired on Palestinian Authority TV on April 26, 2013.


Rabi' Khandaqji: We will not relinquish the Right of Return, and we will not allow anyone to violate this right. The refugees will return to Haifa, Nazareth, and Acre. This is our pledge to the martyrs and the prisoners.
