Dr. Mahmoud Al-Shajrawi of the Palestine Scholars Association in the Diaspora said in a July 14, 2020 show on Channel 9 (Turkey) that the Jews will never give the Palestinians land, on which they can establish a Palestinian state, because they are tight-fisted, as detailed in the Quran. He said that things must be taken from the Jews by force. He added that Palestinian mothers, have many children, oftentimes as many as 10 or 15 children, and they are ready to sacrifice one, two, or three of their children as martyrs and as a mandatory "zakat" payment for the sake of teaching the Zionist enemy a "lesson."
Dr. Mahmoud Al-Shajrawi: "The proponents of the Oslo Accords have by now realized that these accords will not be implemented, and that the independent Palestinian state they have been dreaming about for 28 years – the Jews will never give them anything of the sort. For my part, I had known this even before the Oslo Accords. Allah has told us so in the Quran: '[The Jews] say: Allah's hand is fettered. Fettered are their own hands, and cursed are they for what they said.' Allah has made the Jews tight-fisted. They do not give anyone anything, so how could we expect them to give the Palestinians a state? Those who do not know the nature of the Jews in the Quran may dream that the Jews are going to be realistic, and that they are going to take a part of Palestine, and give us another part of it. Brother, the Jews will not give anyone anything. Forget about it! Allah said they are tight-fisted. They will not give you anything, so..."
Interviewer: "Except what you take from them by force."
Al Shajrawi: "Yes, indeed. This is why [the Quran says:] 'They were covered with humiliation and misery.' This is the way. We should afflict them with humiliation and misery.

"Who says that the Palestinian people are tired [of making sacrifices]? Who says that Palestinian mothers, who still give birth to 5, 6, 10, and even 15 children... We have families with 10 and 15 children. These are normal numbers in Palestine. Who says that Palestinian mothers are not ready to sacrifice 1, 2, or 3 children as martyrs, and this would be considered zakat [mandatory charity] paid by the family, for the sake of fighting the Zionist and teaching it a lesson?"
