In a recent address, Syria-based Egyptian Jihadist Abu Al-Yaqthan Al-Masri talked about the "thousands and thousands" of foreign fighters in Idlib, and said: "None of them - not Putin, nor Rouhani, nor NasrSatan [Nasrallah], nor Bashar should think that these [fighters] would ever lay down their weapons or surrender. By Allah, we have taken a vow about this, and we shall crucify anyone who surrenders his weapon." The address was posted on the Telegram account of one of his supporters on July 27, 2018.
The following are excerpts:
Egyptian Jihadist Abu Al-Yaqthan Al-Masri: Today, Idlib is talking about the people who keep the embers smoldering, who have come from El Waer, from Darayya, from Al-Qalamoun, from Juroud Arsal, from the Al-Yarmouk refugee camp, from Aleppo, from Al-Ghouta, from Homs, and from Dara'a. They were seeking what Allah preserved for them. They left their homes and their property, zealous to wage their Jihad, and will continue to do so until they attain martyrdom for the sake of Allah.

[Idlib] has thousands and thousands of people who have migrated from East Turkestan, from Uzbekistan, from Tajikistan, from Europe, from America, and from the lands of Arabs and non-Arabs. They have left their children, their homes, their jobs, and their positions, seeking what Allah has for them and desiring martyrdom, in order to be in the company of the Prophet Muhammad at the highest level of Paradise.

None of them – not Putin, nor Rouhani, nor NasrSatan [Nasrallah], nor Bashar – should think that these [fighters] would ever lay down their weapons or surrender. By Allah, we have taken a vow about this, and we shall crucify anyone who surrenders his weapon in this land that was liberated through the blood of those heroic martyrs.
