Tunisian journalist Fatima Abdullah Al-Karai said in an interview that aired on Palestine TV on June 19, 2024 that the Israelis "do not have an ideology of belonging." She explained that "when they are physically harmed or their livelihood is harmed, they flee." Al-Karai said that the Israelis do not consider Palestine to be their country and they do not defend it. She added that the Israelis did not come to occupied Palestine in order to seek peace, and they are implementing the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.
Fatima Abdullah Al-Karai: "The price is high, in terms of the martyrs, but [the Israelis'] material perspective is different than our perspective.
"Sacrifice and martyrdom for the sake of the homeland is a [noble] notion for us. This notion becomes an ideology. They do not have an ideology of belonging. When they are physically harmed or their livelihood is harmed, they flee. They will run away back [to where they came from]. I remember that Moshe Dayan, who ruled the Zionist entity... You know, the guy with the eye-patch."
Interviewer: "Of course."
Al-Karai: "I remember that he wrote in his memoirs: 'I came here from Poland. When I would open my window, I used to see snow. When brought me to this climate, in Umm Al-Fahm, in 1948 Palestine?' This is the bewildering question that will be inflicted upon all the Zionists there.
"I know that they do not live in occupied Palestine as if it is their own country. They do not defend it at all. If they would have considered it their country, and if they would have come to it in order to seek refuge among the Palestinians, they would have sought peace. But they did not come for peace. They did not come to partition Palestine, but in order to take over the country in its entirety. What they have written in the Protocols of the Elders of Zion is happening today. I believe that the head of the snake should be struck before you get to its tail."
