Turkish politician Suleyman Sezen, an AKP city councilman at Samsun's Atakum District, condemned the "murderous terrorist state of Israel," in a statement that was posted on BirGün Daily on YouTube (Turkey) on October 19, 2023. He shared a supposed quote from Hitler: "You will curse me for every Jew I did not kill," and he added: "I pray for God to bestow mercy and grace upon Hitler." Sezen continued to say that the end of "this terrorist state is near," and that "once the world is purified of the Jews, there will be peace."
Suleyman Sezen: "The events of last night in Gaza were inhuman. [Israel] is a murderous state. Just like there are terrorist organizations, there are terrorist states. Israel is a terrorist state.
"I would like to begin by condemning the murderous terrorist state of Israel, which last night once again bombed women, children, and people who found refuge in a hospital, with the permission of the UN.
"Historically, everybody has been angry with Hitler, and called him a racist. Hitler said: 'You will curse me for every Jew I did not kill.' This is true. Once against I pray for God to bestow mercy and grace upon Hitler. [I pray for this] because of the Jewish Zionist Israel – those people who are spreading confusion throughout the world, and emerge from under every rock and from behind any evil.
"In addition, I condemn Israel. The end of this terrorist state is near. Inshallah, once the world is purified of the Jews, there will be peace and quiet."
