"The West wants to cause confusion in Turkey. They want to confront our values and to attack our economy, democracy, and republic. They want to attack all these things. [Their] intelligence forces waged a fierce attack, but failed to achieve positive results. Who caused the crisis in Afghanistan? The West. And the crisis in Syria? The West. It is the West that caused confusion and chaos in Iraq. We have always extended a brotherly hand to our neighboring countries. Cooperation is our main goal. We don't want to mix things up in the Islamic regions. It is the countries that target our unity and our very existence that seek to sever ties in the Islamic regions and countries."
