An African-American teen who is a convert to Islam and claims to live in Baltimore, Maryland posted on Instagram on March 31, 2020 that one day, "cops will be hunted down like the pigs that they are," saying it is time for people to become more violent and start "hunting" racist police and racist people "like prey." The user, who says he had been arrested and mistreated by police in the past, also posted several videos from a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) preacher. In one post from June 7, he wrote that peaceful protests have done nothing for African-Americans in the U.S., and that dignity can only be gained " by the gun."
