Iranian Hacker Defaces Multiple Websites

On February 9, 2016, the Iranian hacker eBRaHiM-VaKeR, a member of the MiHaNHaCk Security TeaM, conducted a mass defacement of several websites in Russia, Israel, India, and Ukraine. The defaced pages featured the above image.
