On October 9, 2024, " a Telegram channel affiliated with Lebanese Hizbullah published a post addressing with a link to a website where people can apply to received aid. The website uses the services of the U.S.-based reverse proxy service CloudFlare, Inc., and is hosted on the Ontario-based Tucows Domains, a publicly traded company that provides internet services and telecommunications and is one of the world's largest domain registrars. Due to privacy protection services, Whois records show that the website's current owners are unknown.
