On March 16, 2021, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) released a short video documenting the group's "media jihad." The video depicted the group's "seizing" of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Telegram accounts, as well as hacking websites belonging to Iraqi government employees.
