On January 24, 2016, the official Twitter account of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei posted a series of tweets regarding the incident in which 10 U.S. sailors were captured after straying into Iranian waters. Khamenei posted the above image, which called the capture "God's deed." He also posted pictures of his meeting with the IRGC forces who arrested the sailors, as well as praise for all those involved (see below).
An earlier tweet from January 20 also addressed the capture of the sailors, expressing appreciation for those involved:
