In a new video posted on the Internet on April 21, 2015, Australian ISIS fighter of Cambodian descent Neil Prakash, known as Abu Khaled Al-Cambodi, recounts his decision to leave Buddhism and convert to Islam. In the 12-minute video, he calls upon his "beloved brothers in Islam in Australia" to "wake up" and says: "You must start attacking before they attack you."
