Subhi Al-Tufayli, the former Secretary-General of Hizbullah, said in a Friday, August 7, 2020 sermon that was uploaded to his YouTube channel that all the judges and ministers in Lebanon are slaves and dogs and that Lebanon’s President, Prime Minister, and Speaker of the Parliament should all be investigated for the recent Beirut port blast. He said that previous Presidents and Prime Ministers should also be investigated, and that Hizbullah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah should be the first to stand trial, since his position is above all three of the government positions he mentioned. He added that Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei should also stand trial. Al-Tufayli said: "There is no solution other than the gallows."
Subhi Al-Tufayli: "Is there any honorable judge in Lebanon [who can investigate the Beirut port blast]? They are all being squashed under the shoes of those lowlifes. Is there any official in this country who is not required to sign that he is an abject slave son-of-a-slave and dog son-of-a-dog in order to be employed? Even the ministers sign that they are slaves in order to become ministers. No, [Lebanon] is not a state. You are conducting an investigation, and tomorrow you will announce that you have reached a conclusion... Who the hell are you? You are the criminals! You are the criminals and you are conducting an investigation. The President of Lebanon should be investigated. The current Prime Minister and his predecessors should be investigated. This Lebanese President and his predecessor should be investigated. And the Speaker of Parliament [Nabih Berri] should be investigated first. All the ministers... They should be condemned. There is no solution other than the gallows. You may ask: 'How, Sheikh? Who do you want to hang?' That's true. But first we will get to the bottom of this and then think how to do it.

"The Secretary-General of Hizbullah is above the President of Lebanon. The Secretary-General of Hizbullah is above the Parliament Speaker. The Secretary-General of Hizbullah is above [PM] Hassan Diab. So he is the main [culprit], and he should be the first to stand trial, as a Lebanese citizen, with Khamenei in tow."
