Mohsen Dalloul: I hope that we will have a nuclear weapon. Once we have a nuclear weapon, peace will be achieved, through balance of terror. We all recall what happened when the US dropped two bombs on Japan. The top scientists – as was acknowledged by Einstein – were forced to leak the secrets of the atom bomb to the USSR. The only reason was the balance of terror.
