Iranian Filmmaker And TV Host Nader Talebzadeh: The Beirut Blast Was A Nuclear Explosion Caused By An Israeli Missile Attack

Source: Online Platforms - "Tasnim News Agency (Iran) on Instagram"

On August 9, 2020, Tasnim News Agency uploaded to its Instagram page an interview with Iranian filmmaker Nader Talebzadeh. Talebzadeh claimed that the recent Beirut port blast was actually a nuclear explosion. Basing his claims on a report by Veterans Today Editor-in-Chief Gordon Duff and on statements by 9/11 truther Thierry Meyssan, Talebzadeh said that the explosion was caused by a 9-meter-long guided tactical nuclear weapon called Delilah that was launched from an airplane. In addition, he claimed that this missile is visible on infra-red recordings of the explosion, that an Israeli official had threatened to strike Lebanon's infrastructure a few days prior to the blast, and that the Italian government has found that the entire eastern part of the Mediterranean sea is now radioactive because of the explosion. On September 2, 2011, Gordon Duff said in an interview with Iran’s Press TV that 9/11 was a "deception by Israeli and U.S. intelligence agencies," for more information see MEMRITV clip no. 3105. Talebzadeh has claimed that Israel was responsible for the 9/11 attacks on various accounts, see MEMRI clips no 7070 and 1735.

Interviewer: "What documents and evidence do you have that the [Beirut explosion] is suspicious?

Nader Talebzadeh: "We know about 9/11 and this method of deception that they use to conquer a region. This explosion took place, and a white mushroom cloud was visible — what people saw was an atomic blast. One thousand buildings were destroyed all at once. Six meters of stone foundation were split apart. What ammonium nitrate warehouse [explosion] could split six meters of stone? If you've been there, you've seen that the Beirut port is built on stone. According to [Veterans Today Editor-in-Chief] Gordon Duff, the initial strike was from a sea-to-sea [missile], and when all the cameras were focused on the location — just like on 9/11 — a larger explosion took place, after which the mushroom cloud of white smoke was visible. The Italians measured this explosion's radioactivity, and this appears in Gordon Duff's report. The eastern Mediterranean is now radioactive.

"Nobody noticed that five days prior to the explosion, an Israeli official said: 'We will strike Lebanon's infrastructure.'

[...]

"No ammonium nitrate explosion...It is used as fertilizer. No blast from this could split apart stone. This is undoubtedly a nuclear [explosion].

[...]

"The Iranian public needs to read Gordon Duff's article in Veterans Today. It is based on documents and evidence.

[...]

"The first missile was a sea-to-sea missile. The second missile was called Delilah.

[...]

"This missile is 9 meters long, and its destructive capacity is known. Multiple people recorded the strike using infra-red cameras, and this can be seen on the Internet. The missile can be clearly seen.

[...]

"In his report, Gordon Duff says that he has consulted other people, including IAEA member Jeff Smith, who is a nuclear expert. There are also reports from the Italian government, which provided the graphs that show that the entire eastern Mediterranean has become radioactive.

[...]

"The second missile was launched from an F-16 fighter jet, or an even larger plane. It is a guided tactical nuclear missile that is 9 meters long, and it can be seen in the reports. None of these reports are fake. They have all been verified.

[...]

"Thierry Meyssan also wrote an article on Voltaire's website, and he also said that this was an Israeli attack. Meyssan was the first person who revealed the truth about 9/11, in his book 'The Big Lie.'
