On October 13, 2021, a Telegram channel affiliated with the Iraqi Hizbullah Brigades posted a video showing masked Hizbullah Brigades fighters, who appear to be well-armed, performing a drill in which one fighter shoots targets painted with Israeli and United Arab Emirates (UAE) flags, while other fighters stand or walk close bythe targets. A caption at the end of the video read: "The weapons of the resistance will not be surrendered by anyone but the Mahdi."
