Lebanese academic Dr. Elie Elias said in a January 26, 2024 show on Al-Manar TV (Hizbullah-Lebanon) that the International Court of Justice (ICJ) hearings in The Hague prove that modern Jews have no relation to the Jews of the past. In addition, he said that they prove that the Jews living in Israel today are not descendant from the Jews who died in the Holocaust, "even if it did happen." Elias added that what the Jews are doing today is a million times more horrific than the Holocaust. He continued to say that there are plans for an autonomous Jewish entity in Ukraine that will serve as an alternative to "the settlements." Elias added that the ICJ proves that Israel was not established in order to compensate the Jews for the Holocaust, because the Jews from Hungary and Eastern Europe, who were brought to Israel did not suffer the Holocaust, but they were sent to Israel thanks to a post-war agreement between the remnants of the Nazis and the Americans and British.
Dr. Elie Elias: "South Africa has managed to bring two facts to the forefront. The first fact is the lack of any rational and conscientious voice in the plundering Israeli entity. The [ICJ] hearing almost proves that there is no relation between today's Jews and the Jews of the past. The Jews always try to prove the historical nature of their existence. We know that historically, 10-15% of the Jews were rational, whereas today, the voice of reason and conscience has disappeared completely from the Israeli entity. That's the first thing.
"The second thing that was proven is that the Jewish Holocaust – even if it did happen...It proved that the Jews living in the plundering entity are not the descendants of the people who died in the Holocaust. In South Africa, President Nelson Mandela suffered from persecution, and his response was to engage in reconciliation. Today, the Jews spread around the world that they suffered a holocaust. Is that their response? What the Jews are doing today is a million-times more horrific...It is as if they are giving Adolf Hitler a seal of approval.

"There is a plan for an autonomous Jewish entity in Ukraine, which will serve as an alternative to the settlements, in keeping with what happened in 1945-1946. The ICJ verdict today proves that the establishment of the plundering Israeli entity on the pure land of Palestine was not meant to compensate the Jews for the Holocaust. Absolutely not. The Jews who were brought [there] from Hungary and Eastern Europe did not suffer the Holocaust. [They were sent] because of an agreement...Today, European research centers talk about it a lot. This agreement was signed between what was left of the Nazis, and the Americans and British in particular."
Interviewer: "Yes."
