Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Doubts 9/11

#1754 | 01:31
Source: IRINN TV (Iran)

Following are excerpts from an interview with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, which aired on the Iranian News Channel (IRINN) on April 8, 2008:

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad: The event known as "the attack against the Twin Towers" was carried out. We were all filled with sorrow about this. After all, we are all sad when people are killed. They announced that 3,000 people were killed. We were all filled with sorrow. The whole world expressed its sorrow, even though the names of these 3,000 people have never been published. No one has answered this basic question: How is it possible that despite the most sophisticated radar systems, and despite the intelligence and security network, the planes managed to fly and crash into the towers, without coordinating with this network? However, under the pretext of this event, the biggest mobilization of forces to our region was carried out. The oppressed Afghanistan was attacked.
