IRGC Qods Force Commander General Esmail Qaani said in a December 20, 2022 address aired on Channel 1 (Iran) that Iran's main enemies are America and Israel, whereas Saudi Arabia and the rest are "scumbags," rather than worthy enemies. General Qaani was speaking at a memorial ceremony for Qods Force General Hassan Irlou, Iran's ambassador to the Houthi regime in Yemen, who died of COVID-19 a year ago. He added that Iran's enemies are being "smacked" on a daily basis, and that anti-Israeli Palestinian attacks in the West Bank where in response to the pressure exerted by Iran's enemies. He added that Israelis ignored his advice following the killing of Qasem Soleimani to sell their homes, and now the price of their properties has plummeted.
General Esmail Qaani: "What kept this [Iranian] people proud is the resistance. Here is the main battlefield of the resistance. [Our] main enemies are criminal America and the Zionist regime. The rest, like the criminal Saudi Arabia, are nothing but scumbags. They are not even worthy enemies. They are the lowest of the low, and they will be smacked, with the help of God, from top to bottom – whether we are talking about the Americans or about the Zionist regime.
"They are being smacked on a daily basis. As much as they put the pressure on our divine regime, this regime will not give up. This regime will definitely increase the pressure.

"Today, while you are sitting here, at this precise moment, there are at least 40-50 attacks [against Israel] in the West Bank alone, every week.

"The size of the West Bank is only twice the size of Tehran. On some days, 10 operations [against Israel] are carried out in the West Bank. Some friends see us on the street and ask: 'What's going on? What are you doing? Where is your response?' I tell each and every one of them to examine things more deeply. When they do, they understand what's going on.

"When Soleimani was martyred, we told them to sell their houses before it is too late. The houses in the occupied lands are becoming cheaper, while in Europe, they become more expensive. They did not listen to us.

"We say to them: Leave before it is too late, or you will be kicked out.
